Parq Family is a family residential complex being built on the island of Bali near the city of Ubud. It will include apartments ranging from 29 to 36 square meters and villas ranging from 40 to 210 square meters. The complex will be located in a closed and guarded area among rivers, rice fields and jungles. Construction will be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
A total of 110 villas will be available with one, two or three bedrooms, private pools and terraces. Apartments on the first or second floor with a separate entrance, ceiling heights of up to 4 meters and terraces are also available. All villas will be delivered renovated and furnished.
Parq Family offers designer apartments with a terrace and a ceiling height of 4 meters. Villas with a terrace and a swimming pool are also available, which are rented fully renovated and furnished. The complex is located in the picturesque area of Ubud in the mountainous part of Bali. It takes 55 minutes to reach Denpasar, the largest city on the island, and 1 hour and 7 minutes to Ngurah Rai Airport.
Various schools including Wood School, Sekolah Montessori Erdkinder Bali, Empathy School and Caribbean International School are located within a 3-6 minute drive from Parq Family. Parq Ubud is a 15-minute drive away. Concerts and parties are held on its territory, there are restaurants, a large swimming pool, a gym and a spa.
