Ocean City is a residential development of villas located on the Indian Ocean coastline in the east of Bali in Candi Dasa, which is a popular diving and fishing spot. The complex is being built in a quiet location, close to rocky beaches, fruit plantations and tropical forests. The windows offer views of the ocean and Mount Agung, which is 20 km away. Completion of construction is expected in the third quarter of 2025.
Ocean City will include 250 villas of varying sizes - from 40 sq. m (1 bedroom) up to 213 sq. m (3 bedrooms). Houses on the first line will have their own swimming pools with sea water. The complex will occupy an area of 15 hectares. Electricity will be generated using solar panels with a capacity of 1 megawatt. As part of this project, the owners will own not only the house itself, but also the adjacent land plot.
Ocean City is located away from the roads; driving to the city of Denpasar or Ngurah Rai International Airport will take about 2 hours. Residents of the complex will be able to travel around the island by private helicopter for a reasonable fee; the developer plans to organize group and individual routes.
On the territory of the residential complex, 100 m from the shore, the largest swimming pool in Bali will be built with water from the ocean and a smooth entry. Ocean City will open a school with 300 places and a kindergarten, an equestrian club with riding lessons and horse boarding, and its own eco-farm with organic products. There will also be cafes, restaurants, a bakery, a spa, a gym and a co-working space. Delivery of purchases from supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops is organized for residents. The internal area will be closed to cars.
